The turkey, avacado, cranberry sandwich on a croissant at Kneaders is the best creation of a sandwich EVER... EVER... EVER!!! Seriously. I am salivating just typing about it. So if you haven't had one... make it a point to get one (oh and grab one of their fruit tarts for dessert because they are good, too!) YUM!! Wendi--that's my fave, too (including hte dessert)! My favorite thing is to eat their sample bread while I wait for my sandwich. THere's only one in Midvale, right? I wish there was one downtown :(
